[Open] OnePlus 43Y1 series Display Issue via OnePlus 7T

    The red colour on the edges started growing and it's spreading slowly to whole display from last month.
    Please help regarding the same.

    Hi,
    I have seen the same reddish corners on Y1 Series posted by 2 other users too. What's suprising is that the other two also shared the photo while connected to a settop box and not while the Android Home screen is opened. Am curious to know if it's the same person or 3 different people.
    Did not get any reply from the other 2 accounts, could you atleast confirm if the reddish tint is visible even when you are on Android TV home screen or Apps?
    Also if it's really display issue, you need to raise a request with OnePlus CS and let the technician have to look to provide resolution.

    I find it in both of situations whether its on cable tv or switching on apps. When screen is black, the reddish colour can be seen very sharply.

    Ok.. Then it's a sad state to have display showing these signs so soon. Let us know what the Technician would say after the visit.

    My set too stop working in 8 month,and after complaint around 12 days back technical team has not able to solve issue they say panel is out of stock if this type of service is in warranty period wat happened after warenty. Period very disappointing by company of such level if company not able to repair it due to unavailability of such panel they must replace it I still looking for resolution from last 12 days pl try to solve asap
