[Open] OnePlus TV after sales service is pethetic via OnePlus 7

    Hi I have raise display concern regarding my OnePlus Q1 on 10th sep 2020 from the issue raised I am calling OnePlus customer care for repair but till now I am waiting for service person visit to my place. Even they don't care about priority tickets as they are saying high priority ticket is assigned to your query.

    Buy Sony or LG instead of OnePlus... I am really fed-up.

    My telivision screen is not visible at all... I have raise query to customer care on 10th September still I am not able to get resolution. Even no updates from OnePlus team.

    After too many calls to customer care one person comes on 12th oct to take photographs of television after that again no response from OnePlus. Fed up by calling to customer care and listing fake promises

    He said he will upload the photographs and OnePlus team will call you for further process.

    But still didn't received any call from OnePlus so I think today I have to again call the customer care and have to ask about my ticket progress.

    Could you please help me to faster my process because it's almost 1 and half month after request raised by me and no updates I am agree we are facing challenges due to covid19 but I hope 1 month is sufficient to provide solutions but now it's going to reach 2 months and after that when repair gets happen I am really not sure as this will be surprisingly another 2 months I hope.
