[Open] TV getting restart again & again....Worst Service Experience via OnePlus 6T

    My LED started giving trouble within 1 year. It plays for 5-6 minutes and restarts again. Same cycle repeats again & again. Called on customer support several times. They only give hopes but no action. Everytime they say it's 2 days or within 48 hours. But nothing happens. Facing the issue now more than 15 days. Its really bad experience with one plus.

    This is really unethical way of doing business. It's been more than 2 months now and no action taken. I am calling One Plus team but no reply. Just passing out time. It would have been better to buy TV at local shop. No recommendation to any One Plus product here onwards.

    Hey... As much as I sympathize with your situation, all I can do is request the team to look into your issue and solve as soon as possible. I did this for the 4th time yesterday when I came to know from your reply here that it's not solved. I will let you know if I get any response from them in this matter.

    I am thankful to Venky for his efforts shown.

    But I don't understand why you are getting irritated if I am writing something about One Plus. You must be getting paid for your posts but we common people, we user face the problems.

    & You don't talk about customer care representative of One Plus. Hundreds of all alredy done and issue is still pending.

    If you check @B_Wrath posts, you would know how vocal he is about the service lapse from OnePlus. The point was not to create duplicate threads, you are free to share your honest experience in the same thread. There are few rules to abide by on the forum for creating threads. So, just keep that in mind and continue.
    Let's focus on getting your issue resolved now. Can you share the latest status of your case on the OnePlus care app.
