Cetkovicmarko , via OnePlus 8 , Mar 2, 2021 : When I pull down notification shade and touch to open, there is lag maybe one second before animation starts and opens app. Is that oxygen 11 feature or bug?
Caomhin , via OnePlus 6T , Mar 2, 2021 : Reset the App permissions, it may be that an app or apps or maybe something connected is causing the issue. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences. Then reboot. This will not delete your apps data but you will have to provide permissions for all your Apps again.

Tee_Eee_Bee , Mar 3, 2021 : If it's happening in all apps, try clearing the Launcher app cache/permissions etc. and see if that makes a difference.
