Mobiles lifespan used to 1 year earlier, now it reduced to 6 months and reaching End of Life quickly. Timelines are reduced as Chinese OEM's entered into market with latest/greatest specs, I oberserved we are getting excellent phone's within 20/25K range now.
Zenfone 6 looks ok, but it is using the same Intel Atom Z2580 chipset as the Zenfone 5.
As @sid994 said we will have lot of options down the lane 6 months. Imagine specs of phones next year.....

You have an elongated budget, all the way from 8k to 25k, quiet doubt what device you really want cos at the moment there are a plethora of devices at those ranges, each budget category has a top device, its almost like 3 segments combined together. If you have waited this long, wait a little more longer prolly till the end of the 1st week or even the 2nd week of March, by then you'd be in comfortable position to narrow down onto what is in for 2015 and then adjust your budget first and then make an informed decision!

It depends on what you want to spend and what devices are available, since you have listed the devices
Under 25K you do not have options to go for big brands. at the price here is my feedback
    1. Mi4, the Indian version does not have LTE, so it will become obselete at end of 2015 most likely also the memory is limited and now a days the games are over 1 GB, i would not recommend it. they will launch the 64 GB version which will be better option

    2. Zenfone 2 has many versions, there is no date of launch but seeing the price for 2GB, FHD version, i would say its a very good VFM. since they have IPS screen and a 64 bit CPU, it will be more future proof than 32 bit.

    3. Oneplus at the moment is best option as it has everything you might need till 2016, space is 64 GB, 4G and big screen. there are many ROMs so you will not have any issues with it.

    4. there will be some more options like ZTE blade which will launch in March and has snapdragon 615 but then it heats when under stress as seen on Yu and it will be costly compared to Yu by 2x

if you want a device right away among all these One+ is most viable option, but if you want to wait few weeks, i heard Xiaomi will launch Mi4 64 GB and it would be a good option too.

    What is a 64-bit processor ?
Ask around, and you’ll hear numerous definitions of the term “64-bit processor.” Most often, you’ll hear that it means the processor can use more than 4GB of RAM. This isn’t really true, as a chip’s “bit count” doesn’t really have anything to do with how much memory it can address.

Processors use two kinds of numbers to perform operations like addition, multiplication, and moving or copying data in memory. You have your integers (whole numbers like 90210) and floating-point numbers (those with decimals like 3.14159265359). If a processor can handle integer operations up to 16 bits long, it’s a 16-bit processor. If it can handle a 32-bit integer operation, it’s 32-bit, and (you guessed it) a 64-bit processor can handle 64-bit integers.

A 32-bit processor uses 32 bits to point to locations in memory, while a 64-bit processor uses 64 bits. That means that a single program can address only 4GB with a 32-bit chip, even if the processor itself can address more. A 64-bit processor points to memory locations using 64 bits, allowing individual programs to address 16 exabytes—a practically unlimited amount of memory.

For most apps, a 64-bit processor doesn’t offer much benefit. Most of the apps we use on our phones and tablets really don’t have much need for 64-bit integer operations, or more than 4GB of memory per program. In fact, a 64-bit app can sometimes run slower than a 32-bit app, because using all those 64-bit memory pointers can make the app larger, sucking up more cache and RAM.
@gdd bro 64 bit may not be going to help u by any means. in near feature our mobile wont load with a program which having more than 4 gb of ram.

@dhiraj16 >> Apple 6 or 6 + only have one GB of ram whats the point of 64 bit processor ? but on other hand I complete agree with @dhiraj16 in terms of other opinion that Apple always optimizes the software which does do the wonders but not on 64 bit part... !

there were 64 bits pc chips for a long time and in 2014 i started to see games made specifically for 64 bit. more than 60% software on my pc is 32bit.
so like this there is long time to go when true implementation of 64 bit starts in mobiles.

Let's have a technical/practical outlook at all the feature/requirements mentioned by you.

2 years, not an issue, every cell will last that long.
Every component in OPO/Mi4 is equally branded as S4/iphone6/Nexus6. You will get a better service network with established brands.
Quad Core/ Octa Core. Only 5% of apps can exploit more than 2 cores. (Just search for multi-threading / raw - war schemes etc). As a bottom line, performance will be more or less same of two processors with same price at a given time.
32bit/64bit - Immediate advantage is only higher addressable memory, 64bit can support more than 4GB of ram.

OPO/Mi4 both are equally capable phones, buy any one.
Although in India, Mi4 has couple of issues only 3G variant and 16GB without card slot.
