Sounds familiar, you've used search right?

Because it sounds like this problem:
    http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/1...den-death-bug-results-neverending-boot-loops/
    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/how-to-recover-from-boot-loop-for-dummies.151512/

By the way, I'd like more details, for example: did you just update to 38R? When did you receive your device (which batch is it from)? Help me help you. :)

Those links above won't help you:

Had the exact same problem...............search for my posts.......I managed to fix mine.....basically you need to install adb and fastboot to your pc......grab a TWRP file from cyngen flash that.

    • fastboot erase persist
    • fastboot flash persist persist.img
    Phone fixed.......

Use the two links below and you will figure it out...............make sure you unlock boot first or none of this will work.....

Good Luck!!!! Your in for quite a ride........

    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...oader-install-custom-recovery-and-root.64487/

    http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/fix-brickloop-audio-fx-fc-efs-corrupt-t2879061

Basically you have a corrupt partition and flashing it with persist.img will recover it for you.....Like you I didn't have a custom recovery previously installed or the cmd line instruction to repair the partition would have saved me much agony and pain...lol

If this sounds like babble to you don't worry......I was confused as hell myself....
