    OK I think we have been patient enough now, Helen stated that when the OPT was out there would be a significant update, where is it? You have released a few half hearted patches but not even all the current exploits are even patched.....
    Is it screw OPO owners? Oxygen OS is a long way behind current Android version now.....
    Rant over.......

    Oxygen OS is new and just not ready yet. You should use COS12 or another ROM. And COS12 released an update just 23 minutes ago.

    If I wanted to use cm I would, I don't it's bloatwear much prefer near to stock... Currently using paranoid android, but since oxygen is the official OS some more information would be nice..
    Oh and as most of the oxygen OS team will know the bacon branch is done by one man....

    Oxygen is not the official OS of the OPO, Cyanogenmod is. Oxygen is the official OS of the OPT.

    How about instead of reading other peoples stories, why don't you check out the official OnePlus One page in this link:

    https://oneplus.net/one

    Scroll down to where it says what OS comes on the One. Cyanogenmod OS 12.

    You still going to argue?

    Its really not, just because OnePlus erased the cyanogen logo and broke ties doesn't mean its not as ingrained into the OPO as Oxygen. OnePlus gave OPO owners a choice, but cyanogen still preloaded and supported by them. Oxygen is still incomplete software that just offers very basic tweaks to stock android.

    Face it people, when Oneplus released "One" they were in a "Relationship" with Cyanogen for their OS needs.. Now, since they've split up, every OPO owner is like a teenage child with divorced parents.

    Oneplus now has another child (OP2), but it was not with Cyanogen, and thus I doubt that Oxygen OS 2.0 would ever be made available for OPO;

    I would suggest all OPO owners go for COS 12.1, its good enough and very Stable.

    If you really really really really require constant and prompt updates for Android, switch to Nexus, Moto's or any Android One phones....
