honestly the service is pretty important. but at half the price I'd go for oneplus one if it fits your needs. if you have someone traveling from US to egypt then your cost will be back to 350$ plus tax and shipment to his/her address. but at the same price, with no service, note is also a good option.

With all due respect, you should do your homework before you make statements like that. Kia Motors Corporation, headquartered in Seoul, is South Korea's second-largest automobile manufacturer, following the Hyundai Motor Company, with sales of over 2.7 million vehicles in 2012 and almost 2.75 million vehicles in 2013 As of June 2012, the company is 32.8% owned by the Hyundai Motor Company.

Yeah op, sorry I participated in that derailment. But Paya is right, the service matters. If you are pretty tech savvy, try your luck. I am pretty excited for my OPO to arrive, but the Moto X+1 (Moto X, whatever you want to call it) is out now--you will certainly have better (existent) customer service with them. If you have wads of cash, the Nexus X is also coming.

I actually own all of them, with the exception of the note 3 which I recently sold. In my honest opinion, you'll be happy with either of the three phones. All three have similar performance, very similar..the oneplus one is extremely fast thanks to the snapdragon 801 and cm11s. However, the nexus 5 offers as good of performance in all categories! The updates given to the nexus 5 have even given it very competent camera performance.

Go for the nexue 5 If you want stock, fast, fluid performance.

The note 3 is fast, with small hiccups caused by touchwiz. I found the camera on the note 3 to be slightly better than the nexus 5. So choose the note if you want a big screen with a good performing camera. Also the battery on the note 3 is much better than the nexus.

Chose the OPO over the nexus and note if you can get an invite.

You will be happy with either of the phones, just choose the phone with the qualities and features that find more important.

    I hope this helped,

    happy phone hunting!

The good thing is, we always have the freedom of choice when buying products.. we can't have everything, so buy whichever is easier and works for you.. I already bought 2 OnePlus One because I don't mind fixing it myself as long as I could find the parts.

    quote from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Motor_Company

"Through its relationship with Mazda, Ford also acquired a stake in South Korean manufacturer Kia, which built the (Mazda-based) Ford Festiva from 1988–1993, and the Ford Aspire from 1994–1997 for export to the United States, but later sold their interest to Hyundai (which also manufactured the Ford Cortina until the 1980s)."

Apparently Ford no longer have direct stakes in KIA, but they make cars for ford directly or indirectly. So the end product could be similar. contradicting to your statement that KIA doesn't stand a chance against Ford, which was my point.

OK, now I do see your point and my point was simply that it's not easy to say that one company doesn't stand a chance in any area simply because as you've pointed out we never know what's going on behind the scenes until after it's happened.
