OPO will not lock, please help Jul 12, 2015

I have double checked every single setting in the settings menu a thousand times. Lock screen is set to "Swipe". I've tried all the other lock options.

Currently running Nova Launcher. CM12.

The phone just will not lock. Double-tapping the status bar, using the power button, doesn't matter. It will not lock. The screen will just shut off.

Waking the screen just shows where I left off. I keep accidentally calling people, and I don't feel very secure about my phone, and also this is a silly bug that is unnecessary.

Does anyone have an idea?
Also, please put my post in a better forum if this doesn't belong under general support.
