Order and Delivery via Blue Dart -- Poor response from oneplus customer care

    I have ordered an Oneplus 8 pro on the official website and related accessories on the same day and same time . With thr estimated delivery date already missed . I dont understand the logic behind the accessories being shipped but not the phone. Can someone from oneplus check this M112007023545433493 order number !!!!!

    I am not able to connect to customer care by chat or email or toll free number. No response for emails from customer care , except that a automated reply stating the complaint number and that your email would be answered in 48 hours.

    Can some one in oneplus sort this out . Reply to customer, explain the reason for delay and give options whether the order could be cancelled or not and definitely customers would understand.

    Same issue. Ordered on July6 and shipment was out on july7 but till now I was unable to track and expected delivery was on 9th july. I contacted bluedart they are saying shipment should be active in 24hrs and please contact the person who started shipment.

    bro I order oneplus wireless charger on 5th July but till now I did not receive it and I try call 2000 time to customer care but never receive a call

    I decided to wait no more after being tortured by OnePlus. I finally bought it from an offline store fearing after sales services.

    The problem now is that I can't cancle my order and that customer support is not available. They haven't replied to my email, my calls go waiting for over an hr, Chat not available, their social media channels not replying. It's really bad. I wonder whether OnePlus will return my money.

    What ia the use of launching new products when you can't handle the current load. A company is not successful just because of its products but the after sales support which will bring back your existing customer base. I see a very bad future for OnePlus.

    I have ordered wireless z and 7t on 15 july and site. Is showing shipment is processing till now. But surprisingly i have received only earphones not phone.

    Same situation here. Ordered OnePlus 8 along with a Case, and bullets Z on 15th of July. Received the case and bullets Z, but no information on the phone yet. Still says "Order is Processing".

    After that, they can understand what they are doing with us.
