    its showing Order Complete in my store a/c since 8-9days but it has not arrived. I haven't received the ONE, is something wrong. Please Assist

    Order complete means the phone has been picked up by the shipping company, it does not mean you have received the phone. Your phone is with the shipping company and is heading to your address. You should have received an email giving you shipping information.

    I have ordered three and sometimes I get the phone before I get the shipping confirmation.

    But I got the reason for the delay, my shipment arrived on the 14th which failed as no one was present to receive.

    I'll be using the redeliever feature to get my ONE.
