Ordered a charging cable from one plus store but received C to C cable via OnePlus 8

    I ordered a charging cable but received C to C cable and when I got connected to customer care they are like a
    We won't be able to help you please resolve my problem as soon as possible .

    It's your mistake, you have ordered a type c to c cable. So, why are you expecting OnePlus to send you a USB type c cable?

    We are fellow users. And if you prove that you ordered the correct cable but received the wrong one, we can help in asking the right people to escalate it.

    And you are yet to show the order summary. If you show it, I might be able to get help.

    Thanks to this thread, I checked what I ordered and came to realise that even I ordered the wrong cable which is type c to type c cable instead of ordering USB type c cable.
    I'll suggest you to replace the cable that you have received within 3 days.
    I already cancelled this order and ordered the correct one now.
