    one more thing guys can you help..
    i am from nepal. so it cant be delivered here.. i can get it orderd via my brother in law in belgium..and it will take time to communicate to him to claim the invite.so my question is can i claim the invite via my account first then ask him to purchase later?? i am asking this coz when i click the unique link,, it says the company cant deliver but stilll want to...... smth like that....

    Once you claim the invite you have 24 hours to buy the phone or else the invite will expire.
    The thing is if you don't claim the invite it may expire also. It's better to claim it and know the time you have left than to take a chance cause once you lose it you're not getting it back

    Use a mail-forwarding service. In Israel we have BUY2USA. The phone reaches their warehouse 2 days after ordering, and to my house after a week.

    I'm from Central America and we of course don't get the One. However what I did was buy it with my account, that states I'm in Central America, and sent it to the USA. There I had it sent to me.
    When buying I actually got a warning message that said they didn't deliver to my country, but it had the option to "buy anyway" and then I put the address in the US.

    Can't you give your brother in law's address as the shipping address. The phone is a good one and is worth jumping through hoops to get one.

    Be happy that at least you got an invite, I am still waiting. Worst case I do not get an invite soon I am buying something else as I am fed up waiting for mine.

    Anyway hope you sort your problem dude.

    ok.....so it doesnt mean anything by that warning....i can claim it first..then get it purchased in belgium no?
    because i claimed late.....so i lost my inviteeee

    Aquí en el foro. No me tardé mucho. Sólo es cosa de estar atento y participar en los temas. En mi caso entré en un post donde ofrecían invitaciones, pero interesantemente conseguí la mía de otro miembro que entró al tema y no de quién lo inició. Hay que estar pendiente y revisar lo que otros escriben.

    no dude, thats not my point...someone is coming from belgium...so i can get it from there...just my question is...after i get the unique link, can i claim from here in india itself? will oneplus know my location here and i wont be able to claim the invite?
