Shit.. Sorry dude.. That solution was for open beta.. My bad..

    You can try this solution..

Download the full 4.5.1 ROM and make sure it's in the root of the device storage and not in a folder, reboot into recovery mode and select install from SD Card or internal storage (I forget the terminology used in recovery). Or just go to settings, System update, click on settings icon in top right corner.. Select local upgrade, you'll see your zip if you have copied it to root storage.. It will install automatically..

When it has finished installing, perform a factory reset after it has booted back up and then reboot back into recovery to wipe the cache for good measure.

Then you have only one way.. If you don't want to lose your personal data ie photos, videos, etc, follow the link below..

I know its a long way but it works.. But you'll end up staying on Nougat beta..

If you want to go to stable Nougat you'll definitely have to lose personal data.. I mean total wipe of your device..

    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/guide-how-to-go-from-oreo-beta-25-16-to-stock-nougat.661713/

My personal suggestion if you dont want to lose data, then stay on Nougat beta.. Hope this helps..

Lots of OP3T people I know, including me, have updated to Oreo using VPN and we haven't noticed a single bug yet.
