    Hey,
    sorry to hear that... Looking at your previous posts I see that the TV has gone into Screen test mode with all the colors.
    I will try to request the team to look into your case ID, hope they rectify soon. Did that technician say anything about Motherboard replacement?

    Do note that I don't work for OnePlus.

    I have been told that the call made by Service team has not been recieved. Do contact the CS and provide a contact number that you will recieve or confirm that they have the right number.
