OTA 10.3.9 Crash

    Hi there!
    Since past week i updated my Oneplus 6 phone to lastest update 10.3.9 patch, and it seems to have alot to issues with the update, This update completely destroy my phone for e.g. Camera, Gallery, Google, Gmail, Phone calls, UBS storage is not recognizing in my laptop, laggy screen, File manager, WIFI, screenshots...

    I even update my Android System Webview to the latest update of 19 April 2021 and i'm still facing the same issues. I hope they gonna fix this issue ASAP!

    Anyone knows the solution plz feel free to communicate.

    What you could try is to clear cache in recovery, not sure if it’ll solve your issues though, if it doesn’t, with so many issues, The next step would be a factory reset and set the phone up as new. After backing up your important data of course.

    you could run your device in safe mode first to see if issues still persist in this mode though

    Hey Bobbie63,
    Thank for reply. first of all i clear all the cache, remove all the phone app permission and still i have the issue. But the problem is that i cant connect my phone to my laptop via USB so i cant make any Back-Up of my phone storage. i tried to rollback the update but it's gonna wipe my all data, that's nonsense.

    Have you tried different USB cables and different ports on your computer? Sometimes they give problems.

    OTA UPDATE 10.3.9 is the worst update recently, it has crippled many OnePlus 6 devices and it's too Buggy! Always see the latest OTA response from fellow users and then only update after 1-2 weeks of no bugs are there! all the best to you Hope your device recovers
