    Few things would have been fixed by limiting 1 to customer, giving a 5 minute window reserving the phone to complete the purchase and most importantly having better staff.

    Honestly whoever the idiot in charge of this should have partnered with Amazon like the have done with India...

    ...oh yeah, how about allowing those of us deployed overseas to ship to a DAMN APO/FPO address?

    It's possible but unlikely. I think it's just a logistics issue rather than deliberately avoiding to give the bundle. They could have just omitted the bundle partially or completely and none of us would know. A business wouldn't knowingly risk it's image and reputation over petty issues. It's not like a VW diesel gate

    OK so got an agent after 1 hour and 25 minutes.....and the response is basically F you. no promise on freebees..wait for stock.

    Thanks OP..I have all the screen shots I need for the BBB and I will be taking the equal amount of time sitting on hold and talking to agents to notify my MNO Verizon about this shady practice and poor launch. Garbage service..

    I think we all should report oneplus's shady business practices to BBB and local/federal business authority and hold them accountable. cheating/fraudulent company came to USA to do business.

    The higher you climb up the power ladder, the more incompetence you find until you get to the very top, only those people want things done right and some on the bottom. Do you think Mr. Lau would risk negative press coverage over pocket change, if we were privy to all the financial numbers involved, we could see that the cost of the bundles is marginal compared to the big numbers involved with this phone and the launch. Lau (and BBK) wouldn't want negativity over petty cash.

    I'll be waiting for Amazon to see if they offer anything beyond retail pricing. If OnePlus is smart (and based upon a single minute in time, that could be a big IF), they'd re-offer the exact same promotion once they get devices back in stock.

    HINT: "Limited Time" does NOT equal less than 10 minutes.

    This is truely pathetic. Die hard fan and getting treated like dirt. 12 on the dot...unavaliable in blue or black. Get on chat. 37 minutes later...cancelled. Again on chat and called in. Call randomly disconnected 20-30 minutes in. Got on chat and she just said more would be available later. Did they have 5 for sale today? I asked about the free bundle and she again just said more would be available later. I told her it was only available today for free and she disconnected. Come on OnePlus, you couldn't have gotten this more wrong...

    Refreshing the order page, now says "available in 14 days" for all colors, and the free bundle offer is gone.
    It's clear that they allowed the entire early stock to sell out to people who will sell them for a profit on Ebay. THE CLEAR MESSAGE FROM ONEPLUS IS CUSTOMERS: **** YOU.
    That's it for me. OnePlus will never see another order from me. Plenty of good phones out there and more every day.

    Lol yeah, it should be a requirement for limited time to be at least 1 full day.

    If they ran out of stock of bundled items before end of day they should be offering $120 credit for preorders.

    If I could preorder the Glacial Green with $120 credit for $779, then I would be happy, it would be an equal trade for the customer and OnePlus.

    Don't support them. Other companies will come out with 10 bit phones. Their warranty process and customer service skills are horrid.
