I know there was an option on Android 11, but I'm unable to find it in the newest update. I don't need those blue dots to appear at all.

TheDzik , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Jan 27, 2022 : I know that, but again I don't want to open an app each and every time it gets upgraded. I just don't want to see them at all. Like I said previously there was an option to turn that off in android 11.

Aaron2017 , Jan 27, 2022 : It is very annoying i agree, i don't like it myself. The only way i got to turn them off is by setting badges to none. But you won't get any dot or number anymore either when you get a notification if you do that.

Aaron2017 , Jan 27, 2022 : You can either use the community app to send feedback, press the red + button and select feedback, or via this link https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/ I'm gonna do the same, although it's not the biggest problem around, it really annoys me having to open every app after it got an update to make it go away
Dresa91 , Jan 27, 2022 : Nope. That are the wrong dots. Those dots are adopted from the iOS style: Those dots indicates new installed apps or recently updated apps. Those dots have nothing to do with the notification dots
