    @Jupeeeeee

    Yeah, currently I am running Oxygen 2.1.0 (as mentioned in the thread title). Before the OTA I was running Oxygen 2.0.2 wich worked fine with DS Cloud.

    That's what I tried in the first place. No solutions yet... Thats why I opened this very thread. ;)

    If you have no idea on how to fix this, nor having other helpful information, why just don't you leave this thread uncommented?

    I have the same issue. DS Cloud under Ox2.0.2 OK. DS Cloud under Ox2.1.0 NOK. I've contacted Synology support but they have no solution (and are not working on that little issue... how many users Ox2.1.0 using DS cloud...?) They suggest to use DS files to backup, but has to be done manually.... Txs stupid Synology support.

    So for the moment I use dropbox, and mirror dopbox on the NAS automatically.

    +1 - same problem here.
    I do hope there will be an update for OxygenOS shortly that can fix this.
    I like the OS (despite missing a few of the old Cyanogen tweaks), but DS Cloud is more important for me, so will have to try out another ROM if this isn't fixed soon.

    On the same note: does anyone know if DS Cloud works with Exodus or other of the custom ROMs?

    I have the same problem (android version 5.1.1, oxygen 2.1). I have sent an email to Synology support, and no reply, I have created a ticket and till now they told me to do a factory reset, wipe cache and Uninstal and reinstall the app, obviously I have already done this and the problem persists, let's see what will be the next step...

    Hi there,

    i am the next with this problem. Synology tried to solve with me. But they told me to give them a "Fehlerbericht" (Bug Report) from the System. Problem is: I tried to get the Report from my Phone. But i don´t get the report out. I am in the developer function.

    I have the same problem. I have to suspect that this is a DS Cloud problem, not an OnePlus problem.
