    Hello everyone,

Having installed Oxygen Os 2.1.4 a while ago I am now constantly experiencing crashes. I decided to factory reset within the settings. The problem now is that for roughly 4 hours now it is saying "Wiping, please wait". What should I do, as it says "Do not remove battery or turn off your phone"?

Corrupted data and/or cache partition... fastboot boot into twrp (3.0 works fine) use mtp to backup important files and format(!) data, internal storage and cache, then use mtp to restore the backed up files and reboot. factory reset done ;) future resets should work fine without issues

I had the same problem... Shutdown phone and boot into Fastboot (Powerbutton + Volume up). Use drivers and fastboot.exe supplied with the update. Use fastboot.exe -w to wipe data and cache. Use fastboot.exe reboot afterwards. Worked for me :)
