If they miss the deadline tomorrow that's the final straw and I will have completely lost faith in this company's ability to deliver anything and I will never, ever even consider buying a Oneplus product again. If they would only stop messing around taking photographs of their dog or making swappable vanity covers out of bloody bamboo they might have time to focus on what really matters ie making the rom we were promised and make it work properly.

They can surprise us even more by actually following something through for once.

And if it is certification causing the release delay.... bugger certification, if they are only going to release Oxygen to people who are capable of flashing a phone then they can release it without gapps because we know how to flash it ourselves. No excuse. Never settle.

Quit bitching! Just load a freakin lollipop ROM....... There are literally 50 of them out there that run buttery smooth. We bought a badass phone for next to nothing.

I doubt if this is true. Obviously it is easy for OnePlus to blame it on Google...

@baker177 While you have valid points, I think the issue is "promise" after "promise" or statements / deadlines that are not met, which makes many lose faith and mistrust what the company says, particularly when their motto is "Never Settle".

omg the moaning and bitching over a few days delay of a simple rom update is mindblowingly pathetic

its not like our phones dont work because of this, its not like anyone is losing money or anything

do you guys really not have anything better todo with your lives than ***** because your phones get updated next week instead of this week.... ?

tbh I'm not bitching or moaning...I really don't care about these two roms tbh since I have CM12 nightlies, however...
If a company promises something they should honor it. They shouldn't have given the 3 month deadline, They could have said many other things.
And now this new promise about the 27th and 30th..
Don't make a deadline you might not be able to make.

It may not be important to you, however some people may have bought this phone assuming they will have Lollipop soon or at a certain time.
