That is actually great information. I didn't know Netflix would limit you if you have an unlocked bootloader.

Most people won't install custom/beta ROMs with a locked bootloader.

However, since in your case you did not do that, the other possible cause is being that this ROM is beta and will not be Google Play certified, Netflix may also restrict HD content to only certified devices.

it passes all tests , so it's certified. Seems that Netflix did not certify it on their end. same problem with the fact that all Android phones (if I'm correct) aren't certified for 1080p Netflix. 720p is Max for Android if I'm correct.

Does the Play Store show the device as Certified?

I used 1+7 6/128 with 9.5.8 MP, I can't go to OBT. It's show "System update failed", Please tell me why?

    Yes.
The first post says where to download, but, are you really sure to do the update?
You must read a lot to do and fix all the issues.

To all the users crying and whining over issues with the Open Beta to Android 10.

1: It's still beta, and things may/may not break, they'll eventually get fixed.

2: If you don't know how to do something, SEARCH is your best friend.

3: This forum is for the 7 series, not the 3/5/6. so stop spamming the boards crying about how your phone doesn't have it yet.

4: Resources are finite, the same goes for the software devs. They most likely have a large percentage working on the latest platform first, that's how it works. When the 8 series comes out, the 7/7t will take a back seat to it, and so on.

5: For T-Mobile users, this update breaks data, for the time being we most likely have to wait for the final release, unless OP decides were worthy of being included in the beta.

Just chill, sit back, and have a beer, soda, tea, etc. We're lucky to have a company that interacts with it's users. It could be worse.....you could be running an LG or Sammy phone which won't get updated till next year at the earliest.
