This Play Store issue seems to happen for several, and not on any specific beta and even stable and other devices. The regular trial and error like force stop, clear data or clear data on download manager does not seem to help.

A possible walkaround is manual installation with apk or the use of Aurora Store.

You might also want to check on the battery drain of Play Store. That can be temporary solved by uninstalling updates of Play Store.

You can uninstall updates of Play Store. That will solve it temporary and hopefully until Google fixed the problem.

It's actually android implementation itself to switch smartly. The screens of OP are not that great for higher refresh rates. So let's see how they will handle this bug

This update is really cool at the same time remember it's beta and will not give everyone what they want... Some times it may not be as stable as the Oxygen OS 10.5 But if you are a tech enthusiast like me then definitely you should try this out and also it's got some nice cool features to it now... If it does have some bugs and you can afford a roll back and re updated you should... It's really nice

Please will you consider keeping the OnePlus Slate font as an option, alongside OnePlus Sans (which looks too much like Helvetica for my taste) and Roboto (which I find to squared and not comfortable to look at)

I haven't been able to replicate such issues. You may want to report this via the feedback tool.

I just updated to Android 11 beta 2.
Already on Android 10 it does not work. The phone is 1 month old.

Unable to launch the Fortnite game, I am thrown from the bus.

I contacted EPIC support who told me the solution was to uninstall and reinstall (already done)

    Already seen here?

    Thank you

Thanks for sharing this. Have you got AOD on?

I'm getting around 7 hours screen time with similar settings as yours. I also am on flight mode (Vowifi) for most of the day. Mostly on Chrome, Telegram and about an hour on Tidal. Nothing unusual with battery usage there, all fairly well behaved.
Instagram is a b***h with battery, but, unavoidable as a professional photographer. Overall, that's my biggest battery draw. 2 hours of IG takes up about 30% of overall battery usage. I'll have to check for a day without using Instagram much, I reckon I can get it up to 8, maybe even 9 hours of screen on time.
The phone does get overly warm with certain apps though, something that never happened on 10.

    Nobody here is from OnePlus.
Pointless to ask for fixes here.
You should do the right thing and give feedback as it is described in the opening post of this thread.
