    This is a regional issue I believe works fine in the UK.

    Not a regional issue...those who are on Android 10 Stable are not having this issue on their One Plus 8 Pro... Only those are on Android 11 Open Beta 2 having this issue.

    It is regional issue (indian issue) for those who have updated to OOS11. it doesn't seem to be a problem in other regions.

    There are many apps that get this installation issue. I usually recommend this.

    It seems to be a common issue for people that have upgraded from 10. But it has happened on 10 users too.
    Known issue from beta. Might not even be a Oneplus issue but perhaps a Google issue.

    Most needed a factory reset to solve this permanently. But even that might not be a 100% solution (backups might affect the end result - so a clean install might fix it better).
    For me that started using betas since DP3 I wiped and used no backups... Been working all the time for me despite many users in beta having the issue too.
