The solution is not delete cache, is full reset, delete everything, start all over from zero!!!

Wiping the whole phone shouldn't be the main solution on stable version. But merely an alternative.

Every time we change from an old version of Android full reset is very important.

The behaviors you are having is proof of that.

Apps crashing, bad Battery backup, and other behaviors is what most people would get if install a completely new OS version over the old one.

Phones from other brands work alright even without full resets after updates.

I understand it always helps but I can't imagine a "normal" user reseting their phone with 3 years of data. It's just a struggle that shouldn't be necessary.

But thank you for your advice. I just wanted to avoid such measures.

Actually it did. I got my first A10 update about 3-4 weeks ago but I ignored it seeing all the bugs reported here. Now, a few days ago I got another A10 update notification and actually updated this time. Everything seems fine and I haven't even done a factory reset. Other than that, yeah, I'm waiting for EIS to be fixed...

It's an Android thing, it happens to all brands.
Some may be lucky not needing to reset but others, special those that have lots of apps it's perfect understandable problems could occurs.

And in this case it's a device that have 3 Major updates, that means if you started with Android 7 and came through Android 8 and Android 9 without wiping with no problems, there is one big probability to happen with Android 10.

Your problem only will be fixed with a full wipe, sorry to say that!

I've update to the last version ( i haven't done an update to 10 before this last one) and everything it's seems just fine. All previous app are there, I just don't like the new animations. 😬

Tried cleaning the cache but nothing helped.

    Open your phone app
    Got to call history section
There are 3 vertical dots on the top right, tap on them
    Select settings
    Select sounds and vibration
Disable "Riase to lower ringtone" option
    Disable "ascending ringtone volume" opinion
    Should work
