next update eill make my decision. oneplus 9 or iphone 12. the price difference is really not big anymore to justify such a bad system update. latest nexus 5 update told me to go f... myself, latest pixel 1 update told me to f... myself and now oneplus. everybody is talking about saving the environment but android phone manufactures are allowed to tell me to buy a new device every three years.

How can an update for an almost EOL phone decide your future phone?

because EOL after three years is pretty bad. just because phone companies are doing this for years, doesn't make it better. i understand that maintaining software for an old phone is expensive, but the last update should really be close to perfect. it should say "thanks for using our device" and not "now buy a new phone you ugly piece of s..t"

3 years is bad but it's the standard for Android phones

Neither will I my friend. I love this company but they have changed their focus from customers to profit. Also to be honest the nord is just overhyped. The SE and Pixel 4a are much better options.

I still don't understand why oneplus didn't comment on this buggy update or officially addressed it. The phone (5T) is still in its support cycle.

    What happened to them...

Can anyone who updated to Android 10 in oneplus 5 could tell me what's the default version of the CLOCK APP?

I tried installing CLOCK app from apkmirror, but unfortunately it's crashing.

    5.2.0.
It is usually a VERY bad idea to randomly download applications from apkmirror. If the app is not showing as compatible on Google Store, there is a reason!

    That's true.

But i downloaded latest version of OnePlus Clock app, so it keeps crashing.

    I'll try downloading this version.

    Thank you

If i do this, does this also reflect in the CLOCK APP?

I'm really disappointed with OnePlus. They have dropped their users of older devices and are solely concentrating on support for newer devices.
They aren't even addressing the fact that this update has a lot of bugs and issues. Plus the attempt at hiding the negative comments by temporarily removing posts is just sad. said:
Not buying a OnePlus phone again. It used to be a community but now is no more than a company going after its competition while feigning concern for its customers.

Be cautious while buying one plus phones...they have released an official update to their flagship OP5T with lot of bugs and pushed many of their loyal customers into trouble..and doesn't show the courtesy to solve or respond even after 3 months...
