It's true to the extent that they'll release.

But so far it's a long wait and still we've to wait for that update.

Will OnePlus launch OxygenOS 10.0.1 or the 10.0.2 ?

The Chinese users feedback running Update of H2OS 10.0.1 was not that good.
More battery and signal strength problems "Data and GPS".
The 10.0.2 seems to be way better than previous versions.

They might be working on 10.0.2 (guessing by the time they are taking to build this update and also the users feedback from china).

    That's obvious right.

In those videos released by OP before the launch of NORD, it's mentioned that NORD is processed so quickly by OnePlus.

So it's having a lot and lot issues and that forces OP to correct those issues.

On one hand you have new nord (with lower processor than 5/5t) but all new software tweaks (some hardware also)

On the other hand you've a very well built op5/5t which would last even for several more years (except due to the software issues)

OP doesn't want to provide even the basics like bluetooth audio tuner support (which is available to OP6 the next version itself)

Why would they provide you new software updates and also bluetooth audio tuner support (including new OP Buds which is price 5k) when they can make you shift to new OP NORD (price 25k)

    Everything is business.

I would suggest not to look for the community for the updates And also search for any updates since it would do nothing but tempt us to get new software and if that's not possible would tempt us to buy a new device.

Just look at your present OP device (it'll definitely last for several more years)

What ever we do now, even if this thread reaches 10k or 20k comments/complaints from users we'll get the update only when they intend to release it.

So we've got nothing to do except to skip the thought of update.

If the present version of OS10 is causing so much trouble for our day to day usage itself, we've to consider going back to Android 9.

Nothing we can do but is to wait.

Right. Infact now i think custom rom would be more stable than what oneplus will push [e]1f602[/e]. Isn't it man?

May be but you'll miss several of Oxygen OS features if you shift to custom ROM

My wife bought Nord just a couple of days ago and previous versions reported boot loops. Yesterday she got one too on the latest update so I can see why OnePlus priority is on the OP Nord.

Many here are saying the chat with oneplus customer care and the chat with oneplus forum members/moderators indicate a nearing release but the customer support today said that they don't have any such news and told me to stay tuned on their website.
