The only one of those issues I have is EIS, which OP has acknowledged they are working on. So don't say you WILL have those issues just because you do. Many don't.

Thanks, buddy :) Although, I am not rooted, but I think the constant drop and reconnection is frustrating while playing games primarily. Otherwise, it is okay! it is not that bad.

    is it genuine seems not

Oxygen Updater is a very useful app that does exactly what it says it does. It is not an official OnePlus app but works perfectly to get all updates almost immediately upon release. I highly recommend this app for anyone wanting the latest updates without waiting.

Good day, I have issues with camera, flashlight and YouTube. Whenever I open the camera app, it keeps crashing with "Failed to Open camera" message. Flashlight button is inactive. YouTube app keeps loading forever. I tried rebooting, cleaning cache and cleaning app cache. Nothing is helping.

Oneplus5 here.. updated using ZIP and can confirm most of the issues discussed here (wifi instability being one of them) - I reverted to previous 9.0.11 by downloading ZIP to root folder and doing a local install and all is good, however most definitively you have to WIPE completely so keep that in mind. To be honest i prefer the look and feel of 9 and have no problem sticking with it.

To everyone who is facing the issue of Instagram crashing again and again:

I've been facing some Instagram crashes today when I try to add a post from the feed to the story. However, on further investigation, I found that it might just be due to the Instagram update which came in a few hours ago.

As of now, I have tested it on the OnePlus 6T - running on Android 10 Stable. And I was facing that issue. However, when I tried to perform the same action through a secondary device (running on Android 9.0) - on which I hadn't installed that new Instagram update - I was able to complete the action successfully.

Later on, I installed the update to see if the app crashes or not. And it did. The Instagram app crashed every time I tried to add a post from the feed to the story - on that secondary device. So, it seems like the issue is with the Instagram app right now and we should be waiting for the update from their end.

I'll update this post when they release a new update for Instagram and will confirm if the issue is solved.

Note: I'm currently on the beta version of Instagram.

to add, if you are beta tester, leaving the beta program will surely help! worked for me!
