They sure did, however the forum rules request English as it's a universal language. It's much easier to get a reply, and it's respecting other users as well as the rules .👍

Was not expecting this seriously. Oneplus 2 still has volte issues! Oneplus 5 has network issues. Call keeps getting disconnected when wifi is on/off. Mess up the devices with bugs at the end of support and leave users devastated? I now know which will be my next device.

@Abdul B. I'm very sad, Oneplus doesn't respect their engagements for the last year. Some poeple will tell me that they have give one more version of Android, but this version have damage my device and destroy my faith in Oneplus, so i prefere an old version of Android working to this incredibely shitty version.
Apparently OP doesn't care about their old users, they erase voluntarily a part of the history of this OP5. So OP team, thanks for the 2 first years of support, and don't forget to apologies your old users with your hawful Android 10 update that you never finish.
Bye Oneplus, we will never see each other again.

Same way you install the Beta version.

It's always good practice to BACKUP your phone first.

Download the version for 5T linked above.

After the .zip file is downloaded to your phone, move the file from the folder you downloaded to, to your Main Storage.

Then go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm. The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

Then choose your model of phone in the list in the link below and download and install the Android 10.0.0 file, follow the instructions given on the OnePlus Software Support page, link below.

    https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156155944

You can the update via OTA to 10.0.1

Well, officially you didn't release bimonthly security updates as promised but I guess the lifecycle has ended even though you didn't update for half of 2020 and now since November.
    Great job. Really.

If anything, the lifecycle should be extended because you didn't provide anything for months.

One may argue they wanted to that information to not be picked up by tech websites due to CES 2021 and all activity it generates.

    *September

Just a fyi that latest Pie build was 9.0.11, oneplusupdates.com used to scrape support website but wasn't updated after changes in URL.
