    Hi guys,
    i have just did a clean install (full wipe) from the latest beta.
    i have a problem now that i can't use the phone's speaker during phone calls (pressing the speaker button does nothing). also I cant hear any wtsup voice massages. it looks like the speaker driver is broken.
    does anyone else experiencing the same issue? is there a fix for that?

    I currently own a OnePlus 7 pro and I used to own a OnePlus 5 which I sold in January 2020. I came here to look at the state of affairs in which OnePlus has left the OnePlus 5. I'm disappointed. Atleast ten of my friends have bought op because of me. I'll never be recommending OnePlus to anybody ever again.

    don't upgrade. phone gets heated easily and less battery backup. also camera is crap.

    My friend is using Samsung Galaxy S8 and getting monthly security updates on time(per month) even it is running on Android 9.

    We all OnePlus 5/5T users were expecting update on our device and here brand itself has officially denied to do so.
    At the time of launch no one talk about their software update life cycle but when consumers own it brand starts giving us excuses by showing them life cycle matrix. Today 8t has latest update and soon this would be eliminated from software update lifecycle coz OnePlus 9/9Pro/9Lite/9t will start come into market to destroy value of customer faith and value of their hard earned money.
    Good Job OnePlus. There would be N number of customer who had good faith and chosen OnePlus to invest their money but after couple of months brand will throw them cox they will become useless for current brand value.

    After this update whenever I record a video in 1080P/60 fps, an error pops up "saving video" and it takes forever to save. Moreover, the camera hangs and I've to restart the phone to click/record anything new! This is really frustrating!!!

    I would stay where you are. Not that 10 is horrible, but there are issues. It lags a lot when typing something in a text field. Ex. Commenting on Facebook or Disqus. To the point where you have to hit multi button and then go back in in order to get it to go back to normal. Wifi connectivity is a bit poor. Meaning before 10, I could walk almost to end of my driveway (287 feet from the front of my house) and still be connected. Now I lose connection outside twenty or thirty feet from my house. The one and only upside to updating to 10 is Google added in a bit of privacy functionality to it. If you don't care about that.... definitely do no take the plunge.

    If you have an itch to update, roll back to 8. The final 8 update was the best this phone has ever run.

    I know how frustrating this is for all of us. I've been messaging with support for many weeks about this version and received countless admissions that both A10 updates were broken. After requesting repeatedly for a 'yes/no' reply regarding another update, I finally received this email a few days ago from support:

    Greetings from OnePlus Customer Support.

    This is a follow up email from our support team on your query. Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the delay in response.

    Yes there will be new OTA update coming soon, please stay tuned to our website and forum page for further updates
