My back stopped working(displays black screen upon opening the back camera) after couple of days of upgrading to 10.0.0. Hope this new build fixes the back camera.

I was surprised how similar Android 10 is to Android 9. I actually went and checked my version to be sure the update worked. Dark mode is better, and it has the wellbeing and parental controls. As for battery life, I'm sensing a little better battery life. I just finished charging it fully to see how long it lasts. I'm 2 hours in and still at 88%. I've sent some texts and Pandora has been running since charge. No location turned on but bluetooth running. Wifi and data on. Yesterday I had 30% at the end of the day. Usually I'm closer to 15%, but that may have been a fluke day. Usually I only charge it to 80% to preserve the battery and so far that seems to be working. Camera EIS I'm not familiar with so I have no opinion about that. I did have a minor issue with it reverting from Microsoft launcher back to OnePlus launcher on wake. A simple restart cured that issue. I've made many calls and all calls have been great. I don't use voLTE because it never worked well for me on version 9 either. I think that's more a T-Mobile issue. I was also hoping for visual voicemail to work with dual sims. Alas that still doesn't work in 10.
In summary, I find it working as expected with a few new features. Also things that were broken on version 9 are still broken.

How do you know? Have you compared your phone to everyone on android 10?

Thanks. Based on what you're saying I think I might stick with 9.0.11. I'm a very light user and can often go 4 days plus on a battery charge. The auto connect WiFi issue is definitely tied to the Google app too. Beyond that everything is snappy and performance is top notch!

After updating I've noticed a bug with long notifications on the lock screen. You cannot expand them fully by sliding them down like I used to be able to.

I am new oneplus 5t user. Can I do an incremental update without the unlockbootloader? And how about the battery life?

I have faced this issue earlier after 10.0 upgrade but it can be fixed..Just clean the cache in the phone app manually..long press on the phone icon and clean the cache storage..It works for me.Hope it will do

    Pretty much everyone.
Go read any website covering the fact this update took too long and how the last update killed battery life.
Every major website says the same thing.
It happened to mine immediately after the bad update months ago.
Stop saying this poster shouldn't mention the bad battery life killed by update.
