brother i don't know in which world u r living,my entire complaint was based on oneplus not providing timely updates & support for older devices that's it,i don't think it was that hard to understand

hey guys, so where is the dark mode setting ?

tried searching but no use, Android 10 says there is a dedicated dark mode setting.

So you're complaining about something that's not even relevant to this thread about Android 10. I don't think that's so hard to understand.

Why don't you use Oxygen Updater?

Sure and after the reboot all is ok, but something that in these days I will search get my Op6t start lagging

OMG, nearly a thousand pages of "Where's my update", and now it's here with explicit instructions (nice one) telling you, no vpn, no updater, phased rollout, just wait, what happens? Forty pages of work rounds, I don't have it yet, and it's buggy, moaning.
I am surprised OnePlus even bother giving us updates at all. The level of ingratitude and entitlement is just stunning.

Don't hold your breath for 11 you little ingrates.

To the development team. Simply, thanks.

phone is bit slowed down when compared to android 9. it's quiet noticeable.
    batterylife a bit reduced.
havent played cod or pubg yet.
no random reboots or screen freezes or app closing.
screen calibration is different in android 10.
screen brightness also higher than pie.
one big problem for me is when watching video online like Dailymotion or openload online movies. when we slide across the video seek bar a small thumbnail used to show the frame on that particular time. that is not happening after android 10. i used to check where i left off in the movie by moving across the seek bar checking frames and continuing where i left off. for some reason that is not possible now. now you can't see the thumbnail. just have to click on the seek bar and wait for movie to load and stuff.
i will once try to reset my phone and then post the experience. so overall some pros and cons.

Hell it's about time. Shame it's a staged rollout though, which means I probably won't get it till next week, but better safe than sorry I suppose.

Honestly if it wasn't for widevine I'd have moved onto custom ROMs a long time ago.

People are just asking what they PAID for. OnePlus is not providing update for free.

Hah please tell me where you read that OnePlus releases updates on certain dates because people paid for a piece of hardware?

No they are not, they paid for an android pie phone, with two years of updates. That is not full android version updates, just updates. So security patches.

At the time, Samsung was updating once a year maybe. So let's be clear, the 10 upgrade is a bonus
