Wait - don't risk all the bugs on the 10.0.1
I'm still on Android 9 and happy until they issue a real 'stable' version.

I mean, why are you obsessed with the number 5?

I see. When it was announced it sure seemed like it was a finished version.

Guess I was spoiled with updates coming from the essential phone. Still glad to be rid of that phone though. OP7 Pro is great

The beta number has nothing to do with the release number. If the next release is another bug fix, it should be 10.0.2. The only reason it wouldn't be is if they did a 10.0.2 internally and for some reason decided not to do a general release. In that case, they would jump to 10.0.3. If OnePlus were to add significant new feature(s) that change the specification, the middle number would increment and the third number would reset, making the number 10.1.0.

This numbering system is standard for software development whether there is one beta or fifty between releases. Beta numbers have nothing to do with release numbering.

To be complete, the first number is for major architectural changes, such as the jump from 9.x.x to 10.0.0. In this case, the same rules apply. increment the first number and reset everything to the right.

If you refer the 7T series, it has another naming series. It's literally the same with higher numbering only. Don't go by the numbers. Next update for 7 series won't be named 5 for sure, but will be literally same as latest update of 7T series.

Most important problem is WI-FI CALLING stability, nothing matters If you don't have signal, this forced us to buying another brand !!!
Is shame because this important function do not working even from launch ... the Xiaomi have this and work fine!!!

    ONE PLUS DO SAMTHING ! ! !

This new version broke the speaker and the microphone systems of my Oneplus 7 (red version using Oxygen OS instead Hydrogen OS). Since the new version was installed, both systems don't work and the apps that try to use it either. I did a hard reset and it didn't solve the problem. I addition I back to Oxigen 9, but the problem persist. Any idea to solve this problem?

Hi, I think OnePlus want to work much with solve the bugs , and the customisation oxygen os. I finished in this moment, the watch one video about MIUI 11, and can I say, it's amazing, more customisation, more colors, more options and the apps , about more potential. This is my first OnePlus, and I a little disappointed. I thinking OnePlus was more dinamic for updates, but i was wrong... very sad [e]1f614[/e]

Customizations, skins and interfaces consume GPU resources. O2OS offers: your battery has a longer life and faster processing speed. We don't need cartoons, colors and many customizations.

or it is sarcasm....but statistically that's impossible, coming from pie to 10 is major. Google has even bugs in their stock ROM for their device. OnePlus would be a superteam if they solved all bugs and they are not.thats fine also and normal, it's what you do about it and it's there where OnePlus falls short. their roadmap was a mistake.

There is too much and the less. I think it's very important make the better apps, and see what's kind of customisation, are necessary to have, to make our OnePlus more equilibrate.

If you are passionate about customizations, install HavocOS, which is a very stable and pleasant custom rom.
