If you live in the US & you bought the OnePlus 7 Pro from the carrier T-Mobile, you can convert to international firmware which basically the same exact firmware u get if you buy the phone from OnePlus website.

If you have a regular OnePlus 7 Pro from OnePlus themselves no matter what region you're from, There is a different method, but you need to look it up on YouTube. It is possible to downgrade back to Pie.

Lol I had that one Android 10.00. It's a new feature, lock screen supposed to be blurred out when playing a video or you're connected to your TV.

Why OnePlus release a "stable" version? if isn't stable really? It's better release only betas and only one stable release bugs free. Very bad publicitary move.

Oh well basically your OP7 is basically the same as if u bought it from OnePlus website.

I think you can downgrade through YouTube.

Just like Google and Apple, they think every thing is fixed. They need to be the ones to test drive the software themselves. That's just how it is. Samsung is guilty of this too

Thanks for the info, I just hope Sprint does release Android 10 for the OnePlus because they have had a horrible track record when it comes to releasing the newest OS

I don't remember OnePlus 7 Pro being supported on Sprint. Only Verizon besides T-Mobile.
