I bought my 7t pro sun free ads still no update guess the EU updates are very delayed, this isn't what I expected find go to Samsung or Apple for next phone as they offer longer support and tinker today's. My dad's s9 plus still gets updates every month even tho it's nearly 3 years old and Samsung has millions of other phones can't say I'm impressed kinda feels. A waste of 700 pounds.

I'm with you friend, when I bought my 7T pro less than 1 year ago, I did not expect this from a brand like Oneplus where, supposedly, the updates are the best on android along with the Google Pixel phones. I paid no less than 759€, and today I think it was a mistake to buy this phone, so I have put it on sale and bought an iPhone 11, where I have the Apple guarantee, and the guaranteed support for 5 years, like the iphone 6s that came out in 2015 and will receive the latest version that comes out in a few weeks.

If you upgrade from one stable to a other stable you will not loose data (continue using the same regional software as you currently have). If you are on a open beta you will loose data though.

Does it show the flash icon and says it warp charge or not? Or is it just slow? Tried a other orginal cable or charger?

While playing Netflix hdr content, black sidebars become grayish. Is there any fix? Also the Hdr content is too dull (Netflix, YouTube) .

All of you complaining about the update, thank God you haven't gotten one. Battery life is terrible on this.

Also it seems like the update isn't even as important to you guys otherwise you'd have downloaded via Oxygen Updater like the rest of the smart people.

Ya'll are here to complain about your favorite brand "Letting you down" grow up.

    I don't update from a third-party. Unless I'm flashing a custom rom.

Third party apps is not always a bad thing though... Especially if they just help you download the same thing as the homepage gives you several weeks later. Quicker and with less steps than download with a regular browser.
Some common sense and control is needed though. But that can apply to the homepage too. Don't browse Oneplus USA site if you intend to download EU firmware for example...
Make sure the app is set to 7T Pro EU and stable is you intend to use stable and EU.
Also those that avoid Oxygen Updater like a plague and gladly download files from XDA and various places with links often provided by....you guessed it... Oxygen Updater staff [e]1f61c[/e]

I sincerely doubt Oxygen Updater staff provided the ROM for Nethunter on Nexus 5.
