    Burn in issue isn't covered under warranty. But you can still try your luck, as someone in the forum had previously mentioned, that he got warranty claimed for it somehow. All the best

    Really is 10.3.7 good in camera and overall battery backup.
    Bec I used till 10.3.4 I rolled backed to 9.5.4 then jumped to 9?5.5 for best camera and performance stable and fast fingerprint and faceulock . I want an opinion which is better

    Under very specific circumstances and if the serviceperson is nice enough not to charge you, it sometimes is. Otherwise, it's an out-of-pocket expense.

    I bought mine from Gearbest and i email them 2 month before warranty expire ....
    They reply with what they need :
    We would like to inform you that, screen burn issue is covered under warranty, you can raise a repair request, but post service center inspection, if there is physical damage on the device which resulted in screen burn, it will considered as an out of warranty repair and if you wish to replace the display our service center will mail an estimated cost to replace it.
    If you wish to proceed with repair, kindly help me with below requested information to create a repair request from our end.
    1. Registered name and Email ID.
    2. Phone Number.
    3. Order Number // IMEI number
    4. Proof of purchase
    5. Complete Shipping Address with below format.
    (a). Country
    (b). City
    (c). Postal code
    (d). Province
    (e). Door no, Apt no, Lane, cross.
    6. Elaborate the issue you are facing with the device.

    After that they send me a UPS code for free shipping
    In 15 days i had my OP7 pro back with new screen

    - Dissatisfied users to which no one pays attention.
    - All other companies, both small and large, are moving forward,
    only OnePlus unfortunately lags behind in development.
    Update and support do not exist at all...

    I don't want a bricked phone, and I think noone else want that. This is why it takes time to throughout test builds and releases.
