    There is no another Smartphone company who provides updates regularly with implementing the users to get the latest Android version very soon after the release (except Google, because Android os is of Google). Don't blame OnePlus, because they are the best service providers of different versions for different models and also with developer preview(s) providing in this Covid-19 Situation.     2nd update in a row that's not been pushed to my phone in the UK. This needs to be looked into but it feels like OnePlus just don't care. And before anyone says "report it as a bug", that's been done already to a response of "send your phone into a service centre to be flashed" 😞

    Same as but iam on 3uk. By what I've been reading on this forum it's looking like the hole of the 1+ EU phones will be visiting service centres.
