OxygenOS 10.0.12 and 10.3.4 [India] for the OnePlus 7T

Don't know why... But this long time after relese I'd say it time to fix it manually. Homepage. Support. Software Upgrade.
Any specific region and phone model? On 7 series some unlocked US model often skipped an update or needed manual updates of some reason.

Haven't seen a clear pattern on 7t series. And your case should not mean higher risk of delays. Of some reason some simply get stuck. Manual updates is always a solution. When it's out on the homepage the update should have reached final rollout and should not mean any critical issues as an very early OTA might have.

Even on the T-Mobile site. I was surprised to see T-Mo even acknowledge it to be honest...

You must be seeing something that I don't but those Gcam pictures look pretty poor to me.

"As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we'll begin a broader rollout in a few days."

Almost 40 days are not "a few days". In the meanwhile, two betas (7 and 8) have been released.

What is going on with this update?

7t UK and still no update here either. Still on 10.0.11 and May security patch.
Reluctant to do a manual install just in case OnePlus have paused it intentionally.

If they put it out on the homepage it would be reasonable to think it's safe to use. Or atleast it only used to show up there sometimes after the approval of final rollout.

This has happened on several devices. It seemes like something gets stuck and indicates permanent location usage. For some it goes away after some time. Some need reboots. I have reported it on my device via the feedback tool. Has only happened once.

I think they have given up on the 7t now they have so many other newer models and products. Oneplus are no longer that special brand and have become like all the other brands out there.

OxygenOS 10.0.12 is now one plus7 on my phone (in Finland) and otherwise works well but the Samsung gear sport watch has started to consume more power. both the phone and the clock consume much faster than before. I hope you get some fix for it
I reset My phone and a watch, did not help.
