Just wondering, why the global build number is lower, 10.0.14 Vs 10.0.15, than the previous one?

The later the better. I would highly appreciate it if Android11 stable arrives in summer with no bugs at all. If you wish to deal with issues then beta is already out 😉

I have the latest EU stable and the number is 10.0.13 so 10.0.14 makes sense for me. I think the title of the old thread was wrong or not relevant to EU build.

My bad this is a OP7T Pro build, I was comparing with Standard T.

Why not next year then?! It doesn't and shouldn't work this way. Updates should be quick as well as stable.

I fully agree on this mate! My point was that if I have to choose between buggy update and no update I would go with the latter 😉

Understood, but we are here with Oneplus for some reason, and the reason is faster n stable updates. So makes no sense paying Oneplus for late updates, would rather choose a Samsung then, even they are improving their record now.

Maybe you should have a Nokia Symbian OS phone then[e]1f602[/e][e]1f602[/e].
Because there's nothing like bug less OS. Every OS, be it stable build or beta will have one or the other bug for sure. Even the big giants like Apple iPhone have few bugs which they rectify and post a new update. That is the whole concept of an UPDATE to continuously fine tune the software to the best possible way.
And going by your theory, looks like people should SETTLE for NO UPDATE [e]1f602[/e][e]1f602[/e]

But I think OnePlus has released its beta version in pressure even AOD features is not available in Beta version as well.
and now this Android 10 final security release clearly indicates that we will not receive any Android 11 stable release before March mid.

So I got notification of this update which was just 135 MB in size. When I started downloading it, it automatically got cancelled and now update size increased to 2351 MB.

Everyone got the same update size??

OnePlus has become slow in android updates, not excepted from them, but this days there are slow or deliberately slowing update for older Devices. Oxygen OS was the only good thing about OnePlus, now I don't feel OnePlus has anything special leaving the software.

    Hey team oneplus
Though pushing updates only with security patches it would be great if you give other important features like the 7t is lacking two features in the battery segment; optimised charging and dual channel acceleration in the network section in order to get a better network speeds where there mod ranhe nord have all of these . I thinknearby charging station are not as useful it seems to be.
And also i can clearly see oneplus gonna push the final stable build of A11 nearly on march.😶

How does this work? you update the 7T Pro to the latest security patch, but not the 7T. The latter is stuck with November 2020 patch.
