It's not a beta. It's on oneplus' official site available for download. But sure, you can also wait for the OTA.

Fingerprint sensor stopped working for apps after latest 10.0.2.GM57AA update. It was working perfectly before that for my OnePlus 7.

see the issue has been this lag... the after effect of fingerprint scanner animation... it can even be visible after the screen gets unlocked. It is not that i haven't tried wiping cache or factory reset. This has been reported by many and the problem started after A 10

The worst that can exist is to buy any oneplus T-Mobile version cell phone. My phone has the September security patch and is not updated for more than I try
it manually. while users of oneplus 7pro international version can get Android 10.

I think I've seen it exclusively on 7. I don't know how many reports they got on this.
I sent one on a other animation issue. It took rather many attempts to get it replicated together with a video [e]1f609[/e] Hopefully it gets fixed eventually. It's pretty low down on priority list though.

I'm doing a little better. I get around 6 hrs SOT but that's with light usage.
Even on 10.1 I was getting around 7.30 hrs (with similar pattern of use).

this is bc tmo variant of the 7 pro hasn't received Android 10 update yet. it is still currently in beta form as their are testers with the tmo beta.

I just don't see why we aren't getting any OTA? I'm outside Vegas, OP7pro unlocked, and still on 9.5 as well. I could load it myself but I feel like when they announce that 10.0.1 is a staged rollout and it never comes and then they say the same with 10.0.2 and it still never comes, there must be a reason it's not being pushed by them, so I'm not keen to go find it myself and get into a buggy situation.... still wtf?

With this new update as anyone figured out to have pop-up notifications for apps like Twitter? New notifications just appear in my status bar

Downgrading will do a full factory reset, your phone will be like it was when it came out of the box. Use OnePlus Switch to do a backup, put that backup on your computer before downgrading.

I want everyone who didn't believe me and trust the Oxygen Updater app or XDA links I posted earlier to look at the MD5 posted on the OnePlus site link above and look at the MD5 of the GM21AA 10.0.2 link posted on XDA over a month ago. As I've said all along, it's the SAME EXACT FILE coming from Amazon servers rented by OnePlus:
    OP MD5.png
    XDA MD5.png

Y'all have been needlessly waiting on an OTA for no reason and could've done your local upgrade weeks ago like I and so many others did. You can use the same XDA link for the BA version which isn't even available on the OP site.

EDIT: I was wrong a bit earlier and hadn't been paying much attention to our changelog, but now I see that our 10.0.2 includes:

    • Optimized the standby power consumption
    • Optimized the expanded screenshot feature
    • Optimized the Bluetooth connectivity in the automobiles
    • Improved system stability and general bug fixes

So all that complaints that our build is waaaaaaaaayyyy behind the 7T series and that OP is paying special attention to their "new favorite device", it's just numerically behind in build numbers. It's completely caught up to 10.0.6 changelog:

I understand. I have downloaded 10.0.0, 10.0.1, and 10.0.2 through oxygen updater because I finally got tired of the wait. I have not had ANY problems with my phone but it gets exasperating because I would like to actually get an ota from OnePlus not have to go through an app. Easiest thing would be for OnePlus to just take over oxygen updater and have everyone go that route, yes i know it has to go through stages but that is what beta program is suppose to be for.
