As long as you use the right files to update your phone Oxygen Update don't ADD any bugs at all. It simply downloads the same file as OTA unless you tell it to do something else (full update, beta channel, internaltional or EU...)

People that don't like the app and can't wait on OTA can always use the Telegram channel

Whenever you want to really unless it's a T-mobile phone. I've seen many from USA being late with updates of some reason even on unlocked phones. Various sources available, for example this Telegram channel. These are the full upgrades and also betas versions. Just select the version you want for your specific phone.

I've used all 6 betas. Only one beta where it misbehaved.

Try this. Give it a few days and see if it changes for the better. Manually change it when needed but try to keep adaptive display on for a days.

10.0.2 started. If you don't want you wait on OTA you could update manually. With files from this Telegram channel for example

Eventually the homepage will have a link to 10.0.2 too at Support, Software upgrades.

Unless having T-mobile... Then just wait or convert to international

Yeah... If you desperately need to return to stable yes. Or wait for next stable. Just avoid to update beta close to next stable. Because then you can't flash over the beta again. The installed OS needs to be older then the update you try to apply. Or else you are forced to do a Pie rollback.

    Got the 10.0.2 update yesterday.
So far I see better battery life, listen to Spotify the whole day and other stuff and I'm at 59%.
I can once more backup my phone, didn't work before.. had to turn off pin and then backup.

haven't tried the Android Auto bug where phone won't got back to light or dark mode again.

adaptive lightning on the screen is more accurate then in 10.0.1, but I don't see how hard it can be to keep it good and not mess it up all the time.

so far so good, but I will not keep this phone for long. it's all an experiment and they keep releasing phones before fixing the current once.. better to make one good product a year instead of spitting new minor bad products....

Per some YouTube videos Android 10 was supposed to add the ability to use all 3 lenses for video recording on the 7Pro, but I'm on 10.0.1 and don't have these options. Was this just in a beta? Does anyone have these options?

    Check the 30fps options too

It was tested in more modes in beta 1 though

anyone had issues with WiFi Calling after this update? I'm on O2 in the UK and it worked fine up to the 10.0.1 update (including Betas). installed 10.0.2 and can't even get it to show the options to enable.

    Hi everyone!

Right now I have open beta 3 installed on my OnePlus 7.
I've been waiting a few weeks for downgrade to a local stable version.
Anyone knows if I wait for download the 10.0.2 in the official OnePlus website, can I comeback to a local stable version?

    Thanks in advance!
