anyone noticing that phone doesn't always switch to telephoto lens when clicking on the lens? Idk if it's after this update, but the phone doesn't always switch to the telephoto one even when clicking on 3x zoom, if you cover the lens you'll see sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't.

Edit: If the subject is close enough, it uses the main lens to zoom in, if it's far enough, it keep using the telephoto. It would be nice if pressing the 3x zoom button used the telephoto no matter what.

You mean zoom lens? I have noticed before that the phone jumps over to mainlens during zooming in poor lightning. Zoom lens is less light sensitive. So the phone tries to deside what lens you get the optimal picture quality with.

The OP 6 & 6T gets the update recently. And they bring the notch option in the update. Hopefully we're getting the option too in the next update

The left and right to go back navigation option used to be such that only the bottom 75% on either side would activate the gesture. With this update, the entire left and right edges activate the gesture. This is rather very problematic, as I was depending on the top 25% for other functionalities in different apps, and now they don't work with the edge swipe ☹️.

    - Cache files are used by the apps and system to store temporary info that improves performance and the use of your phone resources. If you delete them you won't lose any personal info and they will be created again as you use the same apps and processes.

    - Since these file will be created again this process will use more resources, including battery.

    - That's the stock launcher and it will run all the time even if you use a custom one.

    - If you use a custom launcher you will lose some functionality, like the Recent apps. If you only use the stock launcher disabling the OnePlus launcher will render your phone basically useless since that's the main app to interact with you.

    - The launcher will run all the time, using battery. A high battery usage is usually related to changes being made in your layout, widgets, etc. Difficult to give you a comprehensive answer, it will depend on your usage.

    - Play Services include many different view processes making impossible to know for sure what's happening on your particular case.
