OxygenOS 10.0.3 [EU] and 10.3.0 [Non-EU] for the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7

That bug is not really a bug. They are using standard Android 10 gesture now apperently. Even the graphics in settings show 100% of the side as back.
Long press before slide is the new method

Yeah. But I don't find it convenient. I'm using android 10 style gestures only because they have more functionality compared to OnePlus style.

Well, if you knew it already then there's no reason to call it bug.

Convenience is very relative and completely subjective. For example, this new gesture is much more convenient for one-handed use on these tall devices with the top 1/3 not being so easily accessed (and very close to the hamburger icon anyway).

I understand that it could need a little time to get used to it, but it works. I, personally, prefer it this way.

I agree about it being convenient for one-handed usage. Just I don't want back gesture working on top 1/3 since it's not easily accessible anyway.

Did it broke? I checked it just now on 10.3.0AA and it's working fine.

Try this. Make sure in the camera settings that 'Smart Content Detection' is enabled and then long press the object you want to analyse with Google Lens. It should work.

Сейчас после обновления стал андроид 10. экран гаснет во время пользования телефоном. На бывшей версии андроида такого не было

Странно. Может в настройках маленькая задержка стоит?
