there is no battery drain. if you want cloud storage for pictures, use Google Photos. You just turn on the sync and you are done. You don't even need to use Google Photos as your Gallery

Oneplus 6t battery had better performance, but now I use 7, I use it intensively, maybe it seems like amabsatj is falling very fast these days. I want to throw a graphic.

I posted this way back when OP did not have cloud storage option of itself in the phone..... After this post they rolled out 10.3.0 in which they added cloud storage.... And i use google photos too... I know how it works... It gives u 5gb and on top of that pictures are not stored in full resolution.... I was talking abt cloud storage of oneplus.

You are comparing two totally different devices and in most cases, the issue is your apps. If you want a slightly better comparison to your 6T, change your display from QHD to FHD and refresh rate from 90 to 60. Then see what happens

OnePlus doesn't have the infrastracture, Google does. Why do you are who's servers it's on?

And you have your facts TOTALLY wrong on Google storage. If you store pictures in 16mp and videos in 1080p (usually more than enough for most people) you have UNLIMITED storage. You can flip a switch and store full resolution photos and videos, but you are then limited to 5GB for the FREE plan. You can upgrade to 100GB for $2/mo. Think you can afford $2? And they have other plans if you need more.

OnePlus still doesn't have its own cloud storage, so I don't know what you mean by "way back". The cloud storage they added was to store your Zen mode achievements, not your pictures. That is unless you are in India since OnePlus likes to alienate the rest of the world by giving Indians everything. Still ... Google has the better deal.

And this post is merged... So what i ment to say is that i posted this when 10.0.3 rolled out at that time oneplus had announced cloud storage but after 10.3.0 got rolled out both posts were merged..... And cloud storage was there.... Simple as that.

Your were WRONG about Google and your are WRONG again about Oneplus

It's not giving cloud storage to every user, ONLY INDIANS and only on the 7T.

Second, it's not 50GB. You get 5GB Free permanently but the 50GB is only free for a year. After that, you either have to delete files or start paying money .. INR 75/mo

Are you sure about that? I think after that, the uploaded files stay there, you can access it. But no more upload possible to that extra storage

I've purchased OP7 in India but, I'm currently living in Oman. as soon as I arrived at Oman, all of suddenly Facebook app is not working on my device. I even reinstalled the app but there's no way it's working. all other social apps like Instagram, Twitter and YouTube are working as usually. even Facebook is working on chrome browser on my OP7. fb app is working on all other iPhones and Android devices. what might be the problem? can anyone please tell me...
