    you can download the package for stable version and do local upgrade, but it will wipe out all your data, do backup before proceeding

    Thats acceptable for 3rd party app. But phone app comes under part of system UI and its very basic check which they should have identified.

    USA seems slow in rollout... And if you have T-mobile or any other carrier locked version it takes even longer.
