Its just a fraction of users who are having no issues. Rest everyone are facing issues. Resetting the phone ain't a solution, every single person can't do that. Anyways, yea whatever we speak here won't matter, no one's gonna listen to it.. we'll keep crying. I just want fellow users here to know the reality of OnePlus.. those who are in a hope that OnePlus will fix the issues in upcoming update itself. I agree with you, wait is all we can do. That is what we have paid our money, to wait.

Probably not since it's a wide Android 10 issue beyond just Oneplus phones. Seems more like an app issue. It should not change system wide settings, just adjust the internal app theme if you ask me.
Anyway... A new Android Auto is in the way some kind of major remake. The "Android Auto for phone screens" app works without this issue. Just the built-in version for compatible cars that has this issue.

These same bugs (forgetting the space under keyboard which has nothing to do with OnePlus, and the missing notch hide, which you can fix but it's certainly not ideal) were also in the main reported for the 6/6T. I had the 6 for 18 months and just yesterday changed to the 7. Frankly, I haven't had these bugs on either phone. The battery at about 6 hours SOT is fine by me. The 6 had a little less. Also you can only judge after a couple of charges. On the 6, which was a European bought phone, I ran two betas and two stables if Android 10. On this 7, imported from Shenzhen, with flashed OS, just the stable 10.0.3. All updated through Oxygen updater. Two different phones but results the same. I am enjoying the update, though it has to be said that it's not so different from Pie. FYI, I use Nova launcher and the third choice in the gesture settings.
