So many people updating to latest andriod version of the 7series have already sold the phones because of overheating, frequents lags which bought a bad rep for oneplus ,even my friend sold his op7,so will I if this continues, nobody wants to sacrifice they are investment on something that became pathetic after updating nobody wants to pay for something that is going to be a bad ,and the CEO pete saying updates aren't everything but ,FU my hard earned 34k,and now OnePlus drains peoples battery URGE them to get thier battery replaced Now this is called a cheap aftersales marketing,so I'm not not gonna change my battery because y'all ruined this phone via an update and then introduce optimize charging after ruining everything IM gonna CHANGE my whole damn PHONE @manuj @OnePlus

Very short battery life, even when not in use. Although I have a 12GB RAM version and the applications are reloading all the time :/

Please give it some time. Update is released one hour before only and you have started pointing mistakes like you using it from many days.

Battery drain can exist of many reasons. While plenty of them could be caused by the OS there can be plenty of reasons caused by apps and configurations done by the user.

A perfect example could be when a user complains on a phone. Factory reset and stuff does not help. A other user takes over the phone. The problems are gone.

Oneplus problem or problem caused by the first user profile, backed up data, app collection and settings?

Easy to blame something but harder to figure out the real cause.

    hi everyone.
got the new update but the space below the keyboard is still there.
I just wanted to know if the space can be removed or it had to be done by OnePlus only?

I know many have issues. Know how many that does not come here bragging about how happy they are? It's natural to see mostly the negative side at places like this.

Some are terribly scared of charging to 100% and therefor never get a proper background optimization.
Some wipe caches over and over again.
Some puts all apps on optimize while being a heavy user of several of them.
Some turn on and of things manually here and there... While some rutines may be a benefit some may actually be the opposite.

All user cases are unique in some way. It's more complicated than to always blame Oneplus. Can be many reasons.

This is a user community. If you don't want other users to interact with you... Please report your issues via the feedback tool in the community app. Then you don't have to worry about users having an opinion [e]1f609[/e] Problem solved 😋

do you mean this space down?

I would say it.s a feature, not a bug. If it were down, you couldn.t type properly. The phone, being long as it is, would be even harder to hold. Just my opinion.
