Updates are always staged. Normally that mean approx 2 weeks limited release before global rollout.
I haven't noticed anyone on 7T Pro getting an update on EU version. So that might come slightly later. It's possible that they needed some extra time on EU build. I would not be surprised if International and EU version gets out of sync with version numbers. Has happened before due to issues limited to a specific region. Now they also seem to have an Indian build for the 7T Pro. That will stir up some extra confusion and possible slightly different release time then International too. Worst case scenario would be 3 different version numbers for all 3 7T Pro variants at some point in time. (not including carrier branded phones)

I changed the phone to the global OP 7T Pro and to full upgrade rather than the incremental update. Then I downloaded the update and followed the instructions...

I think the 7t pro photo is better from a photographer's point of view. The 6 is just darker and has more contrast.

what's the point of releasing stable software only to small amount of people. Shouldn't it be STABLE enough?

or don't you trust your own software OnePlus?

Not to mention you don't seem to give a crap about EU users.

I guess this is what happens when you release phones with 4 different versions and 3 different OOS versions.

but OnePlus is a small company so it's okay

The point is to verify that no unforseen issues is found in real life situations. In a controlled environment, no matter how good it is supposed to emulate real life usage, it's still not tested by real everyday users.
Real users can be everything from experts to noobs that is complete hopeless with phones...
Big serious issues happen even to Apple and Samsung. If they would have caught it earlier with minimal amount of users affected the better it would be.

I was use 7t pro update come straight away. Then I switch to mclaren and no update at all.

I have UK version.

I haven't seen any EU 10.0.4 rolling out yet. The two 7T Pro devices I setup for a coworker both got 10.0.3 strait away but last time I checked no 10.0.4.
