Nova launcher is better any day but in long run it does Speed down then phone quite significantly which you won't want in your expensive purchase and it also robs a lot of fun of using an OnePlus, isn't it.

Update seems fine to me. And it's very small. It doesn't change much. I would say don't judge the battery until after two days. At first it seemed not great, but I am currently on 5.5 hours with 27 percent left and my work software drains a lot. I should get 7-8 easily. But it took a few days. Pubg is going to eat the battery of course.

I don't think so. Much better customization, but whatever you prefer. I like folders with one icon face and multiple icons inside

Not really. I don't use the dark theme override, just dark theme per app. This is not a big change from 10.3.1 and in fact from 9, pie, which was fine. Security patch March 1, not really sure how important that is. But for me it's working fine. I wouldnt say you HAVE to UPDATE, but don't see any harm in doing so.

I hate to say it but I had these symptoms with 6 a months ago and the mother board was bad. Oneplus fixed it for free

I have had no stability problems at all with OnePlus 6 or 7 except when I had a bad motherboard on a 6. And OnePlus fixed it. 10 and Pie equally stable for me. Even the betas, which I would use but my job software authentication won't work with beta.
