    Dear oneplus team,

Kindly please try to add true Black mode not (Dark Mode) on all apps in forced dark mode option also.most of the apps showing in grey colour not black or dark, while opening notification toggles panel that also showing in gray. please change to black theme. like in settings, and oneplus community like dark theme. we need real black. that's more good for our amoled experience. kindly please consider this request. and also try to add more fonts, or allow other thirdparty app like ifont, hifont etc...

Usually hydrogen os is one step ahead of the oxygen os . so just stay at 10.0.1 (hydrogen) untill they update it to 10.0.4 or 10.0.5 (oxygen) on their website.
    here how it works -
    10.0.1 Hydrogen os = 10.0.3 oxygen os
    10.0.3 H2OS = 10.0.4 O2OS
    10.0.4 H2OS = 10.0.5 O2OS
you might know it already but your current os must not be the latest . so be at 10.0.1 and whenever they update the O2OS to 10.0.4 or 5 on their website . you download the file and put it on your root directory then update via local upgrade . then you won't see a pop up saying you can't downgrade the software.

thank you so much Prabath! very kind of you to take time to explain this. the issue is I am unable to find the update in local upgrade though I moved it to the root file. forget the pop up message, the zip file is not detected at all.

make sure the file is not corrupted and all . you might have downloaded the file from official website. if you have previous downloaded file delete it and restart your phone . since you've already done it but again cross check to make sure you're not putting the file in any folder . just put the zip file as it is in storage . and also make sure file has a continuous downloading. there shouldn't be any interruption . and also clear all the app's caches before doing this process . even then if it didn't detect then just wait for the latest update .

well noted boss! but when I download this from the website, appart from the zip file 6-7 other smaller files of 500kb to 1.5mb also get downloaded. do I need to move them to the root folder too?

well it should not happen that extra files are getting downloaded. use chrome browser and if you're using chrome and still these files are downloading then put all those files as well in your root folder and if still it didn't detect then next time don't put those files . only zip file . then see what happens !
